A Co Tyrone man is to stand trial on a sex charge involving a schoolgirl. Mr Melvin David Hegarty (37), a tiler, of Ashbeg Grove, Dungannon, is accused of indecently assaulting the primary school pupil at Dungannon just over a year ago.
Mr Hegarty was returned for trial on bail at Omagh Crown Court on a date to be fixed when he appeared at Cooktown Magistrates' Court yesterday.
