Balbriggan: A launch of two, three and four-bedroom houses and duplexes in Balbriggan will provide first-time buyers with something affordable to view this weekend.

Located on Hamlet Lane on the northern edge of the town, Clonuske is a small good-quality scheme by Tower Homes.

This is the final phase at Clonuske and the prices are likely to attract early-season viewers. Sherry FitzGerald New Homes will open show units this weekend.

Three-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached houses of 84 sq m (900 sq ft) to 107 sq m (1,100 sq ft) cost from €215,000, while 119 sq m (1,200 sq ft) four-bedroom semis start at €270,000.

The much-improved M1 has lessened the journey time from the city to Balbriggan and the train station is under 10 minutes' walk from Clonuske. Designed by architects John O'Connor & Associates, this development is an attractive mix of traditional terraced and semi-detached houses and contemporary duplexes, all with private back gardens.

The full brick frontages - a trademark of Tower Homes developments - add character and the landscaping plan for the communal grounds is under way.
