Two Blessington shops at knockdown price

The two units have a combined floor space of 297 sq m (3,200 sq ft)

Two shops in Blessington's New Town Centre in Co Wicklow have come on the market at a knockdown price of €210,000 through Ian Lyons of Allsop Space. The two units have a combined floor space of 297 sq m (3,200 sq ft). Unit 8 previously traded as a pharmacy and is fitted out with timber floors, suspended ceiling, recessed lighting, plastered walls, canteen and toilet.

The second unit is finished to shell specification. The town centre is anchored by Dunnes Stores while the other tenants include Paddy Power and Ciao Baby Café and Bistro.

Ian Lyons says the shops will appeal to investors who want to avail of the exemption in capital gains tax before the end of the year.
