Agents Mason Owen and Lyons are to seek tenants for seven retail units at Clarehall Retail & Leisure Park alongside the Tesco-controlled Clarehall shopping centre off the Malahide Road in north Dublin.
The agents are quoting rents of €15 to €30 per sq ft (€161 to €322 per sq m) for the units which will range in size from 76 to 1,200sq m (818 to 12,912sq ft).
The new businesses will be located in the former Total Fitness gym built in the late 1990s by Albert Gubay. The agents are reporting strong interest from gym operators in a 2,322sq m (25,000sq ft) building which will be ready for fit-out in October.
