€1m sought for four sites

Another indication of how much the Dublin housing market has picked up comes this week with the news from Knight Frank that it is guiding €1 million for a site with planning permission for four houses in Dundrum, Dublin 14, which goes to auction on June 12th.

The 0.67 of an acre site at Pirton, Sydenham Villas, is just off the Kilmacud Road and about 130m from Dundrum Town Centre and even less from the Luas station.

James Meagher of Knight Frank said the v-shaped site has full planning permission for four detached houses and was easily the best to have come on the market in the Dundrum area for a considerable time.
