Sir, – In his article, “Trauma is ongoing for most children and families in Palestine. How can Ireland help?” (Opinion, April 29th), Talha AlAli outlined the relentless mental anguish suffered by Palestinians for so long, but especially since Israel’s wanton destruction of Gaza.
We in Ireland must do everything we can to show our support for the people of Palestine. The Irish Government can start now by ending the procrastination and prioritise the passing of the Occupied Territories Bill. – Yours etc,
