The Irish-based Internet holding bank, Enba, has cancelled plans to lease a large office building in Dublin for the second time in three months. Mr Gerhard Huber, founder and chief executive of Enba, confirmed last night the company had pulled out of the 177,000 sq ft lease in South Dublin and had no plans to seek a lease on any other buildings in the capital city in the near future.

Mr Huber denied this represented a downsizing of Enba's expansion plans for the Republic.
