SuperDry for Cork’s Moderne

Davy has managed to attract a top-class retailer for the Moderne retail building on Cork’s Patrick Street, which it bought in 2013 for €4.6 million.

The SuperDry fashion chain has agreed to rent the 371sq m (4,000sq ft) store on a 10-year lease at an initial rent of €400,000 per annum.
