Ivor Ashe of the agency is seeking €1.15 million for No 1 and €1 million for Number 2 which come with planning permission to convert them back into five-bedroom houses. McNally Handy are quoting €550,000 for the separate two-bedroom apartment at Park Lane with ground floor offices.
