A detached two-storey office building at 2 Belmont Court in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, has been sold at a surprisingly high price of €550,000 through David Bennett of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

The building, sold at the request of Bank of Scotland (Ireland), has an overall floor area of 366sq m (3,934sq ft) and two car-parking spaces.
