CBRE is guiding €1,950,000 million for a mixed-use investment at Ratoath, Co Meath, which will show an initial yield of 11.18 per cent.

The two-storey building is divided into office, retail and residential use and is producing a rental income of €227,800 per annum.

Tenants include Paddy Power, Bella Sora Restaurant and the Auld Stand bar.

The development includes two apartments which are currently vacant.
