JLL app aims to be handy tool for property industry

An app that works as a quick reference guide for a range of real estate services relating to Ireland has just been launched.

The JLL Ireland app should be a useful tool for estate agents, landlords, investors and developers.

It features a loan calculator to determine monthly repayments plus the option to calculate the financial benefits of early repayment.

The app also has a yield calculator to help you to forecast the annual rental yield on a property and an office space calculator which can estimate your required office space including options for reception, meeting rooms, offices, work stations, kitchen areas, and IT.

The useful new app also features a fit-out calculator to estimate costs with furniture based upon high, medium or low fit-out specs and a distance and area converter for square feet to square metres, square feet to acres, square metres to acres and acres to hectares plus reverse conversion options.

The app also features domestic and global market insights as it interfaces with various JLL blog platforms.

John Moran, managing director of JLL Ireland, said the app "provides end users with an essential quick reference tool and market insights and is the first of its kind within our market".
