Heritage on the Green

A prestigious office facility in a refurbished and extended Georgian house close to the Shelbourne Hotel on St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, has come on the market through CBRE.

Mark Smyth of the agency is quoting €376 per sq m (€35 per sq ft) and €3,000 for individual car parking spaces in Heritage House at 22/23 St Stephen's Green which has been extended to the rear and has an overall floor area of 1,372sq m (14,768 sq ft). A mixture of open plan and cellular office space is available throughout with conference rooms ranging in size from 37 to 130sq m (400 to 1,400sq ft). Apart from the original period features, the open plan areas of Heritage House have raised access floors, suspended ceilings, recessed lighting and air conditioning.
