CBRE is seeking €1 million for a development site with planning permission for four large three-storey houses at Library Road in Shankill, Co Dublin.

The four-bedroom houses will have floor areas of 240sq m (2,583sq ft).

There is also a derelict three-bedroom bungalow on the site, which is within a few minutes walk from Rathmichael primary school and the local Dart and Luas stations.
