A 70-year-old man has died after being struck by a car on Culmore Road in Derry on Sunday night.
The collision was reported to police shortly before 6.55pm.
The Culmore Road remained closed on Monday morning and a diversion was in place.
Police investigating the circumstances of the incident are appealing for witnesses.
