FOUR PEOPLE arrested for questioning in relation to the murder of a man last June have been released without charge. A file on the matter is being prepared by gardaí for the DPP.

The four, three men and a woman, were arrested on Wednesday about the killing of Lithuanian man Paulus Bilys (31). He was found dead on June 25th last year in a house he shared at Pheasants Run, Dublin.

It was initially believed he may have died suddenly from natural causes. His body was found by people known to him who then alerted the emergency services.

When a postmortem was carried out, it was found he had died from head injuries and a murder investigation was begun.

On Wednesday gardaí called to a house at Grove Court, Blanchardstown, west Dublin, and arrested four people. It is believed those arrested knew the dead man.

The four are from Lithuania and were held at Finglas and Blanchardstown Garda stations. They were released yesterday.
