Gardaí in Dublin investigating the murder of a 38-year-old Croatian national have renewed their appeal for anyone who knew him to contact them.
Mr Eldin Palangic was found dead at an apartment on Pembroke Road in Ballsbridge on Tuesday afternoon. He had multiple stab wounds and gardai launched a murder investigation following the post mortem examination.
Mr Palangic, who worked as a chef, was also known as Ed or Eddie and gardaí believe he may be better known by either of these names to friends or colleagues. He had been living in Ireland for 12 years.
