Gardaí in Naas have appealed for help tracing 18-year-old Cormac Clare, who has been missing since Monday, October 22nd.

Gardaí in Naas have appealed for help tracing 18-year-old Cormac Clare, who has been missing since Monday, October 22nd.

A major search operation has been under way in the five days following the disappearance of the Naas CBS student from his home in Kildare. He was last seen in Kilteel, Co Kildare, at about 2am on Monday.

He is 1.65-1.87m tall (6’1 or 6’2), and of thin build. He has short, tightly cut brown hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a navy sailing type jacket, a wine-coloured hoodie, plain navy cotton Nike tracksuit bottoms and runners. Gardaí said he may have been carrying a small black and green rucksack.
