There could be a Russian waiting to take it off your hands. Dublin’s Appreciating Assets, run by Dylan Cullen, is seeking owners of Bulgarian properties for Russian clients who are still buying there. The agency sold 215 Bulgarian properties last year and is seeking more of them right across the country.

While they are looking for all sorts of properties, the agency is keen on ski homes at the moment because the season is sliding along nicely.

You need to be in possession of bricks, mortar and timber though, because the Russians won’t buy off-plan.
