Hamilton Osborne King is seeking about £6.5 million for the distinctive office/production building at the IDA Ballycoolin Business Park in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Alternatively, the 71,000 sq ft building is available for letting at £600,000 per annum on a three-year lease with an option to purchase. The building, which is equipped with the latest telecommunications equipment, has been occupied up to now by the Claris Corporation, which is being restructured. It stands on a nine-acre site. Paul McNeive of HOK describes the property as 'probably the most impressive production building in Dublin'. He says it would suit a range of uses, including computers or tele-sales
