Called Roby House, the four-bedroom property has been fully refurbished in the last four years and includes three reception rooms and a large eat-in kitchen overlooking a back garden.
Meanwhile in Dublin 6, Savills HOK fetched a price believed to be over €1.75 million prior to auction for a house at 84 Grosvenor Square, Rathmines, which was to have gone under the hammer yesterday.
