Infill site for over €1.25m

An infill site for a development of at least 30 duplex apartments and townhouses on Parnell Road in Dublin 12 is expected to attract considerable interest when it goes on sale today by private treaty.

Peter Garrigan of CBRE is quoting in excess of €1.25 million for the site of 0.51 hectares (1.26 acres) opposite the Grand Canal which is occupied by a three-storey building.

It is near Cathal Brugha Barracks, the Coombe hospital and Portobello College. It is about 2.2 kilometres from the city centre.
