Georgian office on Mount Street, Dublin bought for €2m

A Georgian office building at 45 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2, has been bought by an overseas investor for €2 million.

Richard Bielenberg of Colliers International handled the sale of the building which has a floor area of 391sq m (4,210sq ft) and is in good condition. There are three car parking spaces to the rear.
