East Point tech headquarters leased

A Dublin-based technology company, Rapt Touch, is to base its new headquarters at East Point Business Park in the Dublin docklands.

The company is leasing 351sq m (3,778sq ft) on the ground floor of block F2 at a rent of about €107 a square metre.

The company, which provides multitouch technologies for equipment manufacturers, also has offices in Taiwan, Switzerland and Silicon Valley in California.

Aoife Murray of JLL, who handled the letting, is expected to bring the second floor of the same office building on to the market in the final three months of this year.
