A residential site in the much sought after Olivemount Road area of Dundrum, Dublin 14, has come on the market through Aislinn O'Buachalla of Jones Lang LaSalle.
She is quoting in excess of €450,000 for the site of 0.10 hectare (0.22 acre) which previously had planning in place for 12 apartments.
A recent study by BKD Architects suggests that the site could accommodate either nine apartments and a surface car park or a terrace of three four-bedroom houses.
