Bray Wanderers 4 UCD 0:Seán Houston scored a hat-trick against his former club as Bray Wanderers proved too strong for the Students in this Premier Division encounter at the Carlisle Grounds.

Donegalman Houston played just one league game for UCD before signing for Bray last year and he proved the difference between the sides as the Seagulls moved alongside Dundalk on 41 points.

Houston opened his account after just eight minutes when he finished off a fine move involving Chris Shields and Jake Kelly

His second came three minutes into the second half, when he got the last touch to Gary Dempsey’s corner and he completed his hat-trick ten minutes later when curling the ball beautifully around Ger Barron in the UCD net after being sent through by Dempsey.

Kelly completed the scoring on 66 minutes after being set up by Dean Zambra.
