Cahill helps Buccaneers move away from trouble

ALL-IRELAND LEAGUE/Blackrock...26 Buccaneers..

ALL-IRELAND LEAGUE/Blackrock...26 Buccaneers...31: The return of several of their provincially contracted players tilted this tie in Buccaneers balance with their victory at Stradbrook on Saturday moving them away from the relegation zone.

Buccaneers were very impressive up front with Irish development player, Martin Cahill, beefing up the front row after the prop had been left out of the Munster squad to face Stade Francais in the Heineken cup quarter-final next week.

Blackrock were further hampered by personnel changes in their forward division. Wing forward, Richard Woods, was ruled out after fracturing a cheek bone in their 29-18 win over DLSP but Declan O'Brien presence at wing forward was a welcome one for the home side.

The home team were 6-0 up with 17 minutes gone following two efforts from wing, Conor Kilroy but Buccaneers then hit back with successive scores.
