A guide to the rights of sick and hospitalised children will be launched by the Minister for Children, Brian Lenihan, on Wednesday, which is UN Day of the Child.

The same day, Prof Fiona McNicholas of UCD, consultant child psychiatrist in Our Lady's Hospital, Crumlin, will deliver the first Children In Hospital Ireland annual lecture on "Children's Participation: Choices and Challenges".
