Further forensic tests were being carried out yesterday following the completion of post-mortems on a man and woman who were found dead at their home in Tallaght last Friday. The couple were named as Dr Robert Carroll (74) and his wife Ms Catherine Carroll (41) of Fernwood Way, Springfield, Tallaght.
