Two men in their 30s have been arrested by gardaí investigating the murder of a man in Dublin over 11 years ago.
The men were arrested by detectives from Tallaght Garda station and members of the Special Detective Unit this morning.
They are being held under section 30 of the Offences against the State Act 1939 at Tallaght Garda station.
David McCreevy was shot dead outside a neighbour’s house at Belgard Heights in Tallaght on February 1st, 2002.
A Garda spokesman said the investigation was ongoing.
