The man who cheated his way to the jackpot on TV quiz show Who Wants to be a Millionaire?has been asked to leave the British army.
Major Charles Ingram, who used a series of coded coughs from an accomplice in the audience to guess the right answers, received a letter from the British Ministry ofDefence this morning asking him to resign, his spokesman said.
Ingram (39) was convicted at London's Southwark CrownCourt in April of conning his way to the £1 million sterling prize.
