Ruling the Roost

Philadelphia’s hottest property right now comes by way of ROOST East Market, a boutique, extended-stay hotel concept. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the brilliant brains behind Brooklyn’s Wythe Hotel, the hotel houses 60 apartment-style accommodations alongside landscaped terraces, community vegetable gardens, a heated pool, 24-hour fitness centre, a library - you name it, it’s on site. Hot desk in their uber-cool lobby, or rent a bike and live like a real Philly local. Visit myroost.com for rates.

Fare Game

Wineport Lodge has won the Best Guest House Breakfast at the Georgina Campbell Irish Breakfast Awards, in association with Fáilte Ireland. The luxury stay, near the shores of Lough Ree, was awarded for its exceptional range of Irish fare, including Kilbeggan Organic Oats and Horan's of Athlone pork. Next up, Wineport plans to roll out a weekend brunch offering later this month. Taste the winning fare for yourself with weekend rates including breakfast from €185, wineport.ie.
