With the slopes a half-hour drive away, this could work as a grand ski property. It is also in Tour de France country and has golf courses nearby. The property, which sits on an acre of land, is divided in two. One part has a kitchen, living-and-dining area with marble fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second part also has a kitchen and living area downstairs, as well as a study. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two with en-suites. All ground-floor rooms (except the study) have glazed doors to the garden. Lourdes airport is half an hour away; Toulouse is an hour and a half.
