Swish/spacious scheme sells swiftly

Glasnevin: from €255,000: Eighty-eight one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes go on sale today in the penultimate phase at Riverbank Hall at Addison Park, Glasnevin.

Prices are from €255,000 for 46 sq m (495 sq ft) one-bedroom units and €345,000 for 75 sq m (813 sq ft) two-bedroom apartments in the main block. In a block nearby, three-bedroom duplex units of 101 sq m (1,085 sq ft) cost from €445,000, with two-bedroom own-door apartments from €345,000. Sizes are good throughout this development. Agent Hamilton Osborne King will open show units today, tomorrow and over the weekend.

On a prime site in the former grounds of Holy Faith Convent, this scheme bears the hallmarks of a Park Developments project. Swish contemporary Seimatic kitchens include a range of integrated appliances, beech-look wardrobes in bedrooms and bathrooms come fully tiled. Balconies are large.

The 250-unit scheme is on the banks of the Tolka and large tracts of open landscaping provide a spacious feel.
