Ratoath housing site likely to make £4m-plus

A 16.5-acre site with planning permission for 79 detached houses at Fairyhouse Road, Ratoath, Co Meath, is likely to make over £4 million when it is auctioned on May 20th by Ross McParland. The planning permission provides for five different house types, with floor areas of between 1,700 and 2,100 sq ft, which are likely to cost from £185,000 to £250,000.
