A ground-floor office suite off Mount Street in Dublin 2 has been let at €592 per sq m (€55 per sq ft) through joints agents CBRE and Investi.

The letting, on a 10-year lease to Visible Thread, is for 2 Grattan Court which extends to 195sq m (2,100sq ft) and comes with three car-parking spaces.

It was previously occupied by construction company Mac Interiors which has relocated to a 399sq m (4,300sq ft) unit at the Rockfield scheme in Dundrum.

Even with the benefit of a high-quality tenant fit-out, the rent achieved is indicative of just how strong the occupier market is in this part of the city close to the Grand Canal, Merrion Square and the Dart at Grand Canal Dock.
