Development site of 1.2ha for €1m

Joint agents CBRE and Gunne Residential are guiding €975,000 for a development site of 1.23 hectares (3.03 acres) with planning permission for four new houses off Falls Road in Shankill, Co Dublin.

There is already one three-bedroom detached house on site.

The planning permission has been extended to January 2017.

The four new four- bedroom houses will have an overall floor area of 385sq m (4,144sq ft).

Paul Callanan of CBRE said the sale should appeal to both developers and investors because of the long established popularity of the location.
