Man City 1-3 Arsenal:  Arsenal became the first team to win at Manchester City this season as a 3-1 victory took them back to the top of the Premier League.

Emmanuel Adebayor struck twice to take his league tally this season to 18 while Eduardo da Silva was also on target for the Gunners. Gelson Fernandes scored for City.
   
Arsenal have 60 points and will stay top if champions Manchester United do not win at Tottenham Hotspur in a later kickoff. Third-placed Chelsea are in action at Portsmouth.
   
Adebayor put Arsenal ahead early on after a pass from Bacary Sagna and Eduardo hooked in a second on the break.
   
A mistake by Gael Clichy let in Fernandes to give City hope before Adebayor sealed the points in the closing minutes.
