Sir, – Given that countries from arch-capitalists, such as the US, to staunch socialists, such as France, have dismissed healthcare staff until they receive Covid vaccination, I wonder why we in Ireland don’t do so?
Scepticism toward modern medicine, or a cavalier willingness to endanger the lives of others, would seem incompatible with such occupations.
Redeployment seems a nonsensical cop out.
