Sir, – Garry Bury (November 30th) should come to church in Bayside, Sutton. We have a priest who always starts with "just very briefly" – and he sticks to it! He is clear, concise, and an excellent preacher. Send the bishop, he could get some tips ! – Yours, etc,

Sir, – In Acts 20 we read of Eutychus, a young man in the church who “sank into a deep sleep as Paul talked still longer”. If falling asleep in church is the result of theologically incorrect sermons, what then are we to make of the Apostle Paul’s theology? – Yours, etc,
