Gardaí are seeking the public’s help in relation to a fatal road traffic collision that occurred last September in Co Donegal.

The collision, involving a red Toyota Carina and a black Toyota Celica happened at Dunlewey on September 13th at approximately 3.10pm.

A 66-year-old man died in Letterkenny General Hospital two days later as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.

Gardaí are particular keen to speak to a man aged between 37-45 years of age, who was driving a red Northern Ireland registered car with a canoe on top. A garda spokesman said the driver of this vehicle was not involved in the collision but may have information which could help.
