BUENOS AIRES - A UN panel on corruption meeting in Argentina recommended yesterday the urgent creation of an international convention to stop the globalisation of corruption and bribery.
A panel of 10 experts, ing the former US attorney general, Mr Dick Thornburgh, and Russian Accounts Tribunal chief, Mr Fyodor Shelyuto, urged the UN Secretary General to make this a matter of high priority".
