A Co Tyrone man accused of stalking a woman in her 20s pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Cookstown Magisate's Court yesterday.
Mr Robert Boyd (46), married of Fairfield, Dungannon, is charged with assaulting the woman occasioning her actual bodily harm. He was remanded on bail to January 8th.
