The SDLP and the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP) are due to meet at Stormont today to try to break the deadlock over how paramilitary arms decommissioning can be handled.
A series of bilateral meetings were held during the multiparty talks at Castle Buildings, Stormont yesterday but SDLP and UUP sources conceded that little progress was made on disarmament.
