RTE appointment to Washington

RTE has appointed Carole Coleman as Washington Correspondent with effect from January. Ms Coleman, RTE's environment and education correspondent, will be joining existing Washington Correspondent Mark Little to cover the US presidential election. Mr Little will return to the RTE newsroom in January.
