Share dealing in exploration firm Minmet has been temporarily suspended on Dublin's IEX market after Davy Stockbrokers resigned as its broker and IEX adviser.
In a statement to the stock exchange Minmet also confirmed that its CEO Michael Nolan has resigned to concentrate on other business interests. The statement said that Brian Gibbs and Peter Maddocks have been appointed to the board.
The company said Mr Gibbs and Mr. Maddocks had been appointed with a view to developing a wider strategy for Minmet which may involve exploration through to production.
