A man has been charged in Belfast in connection with investigations by the Stevens Inquiry into claims of collusion between security forces and loyalists. Mr Kieron Kirker Dalton (51), of Rosslea Way, Rathcoole, Newtownabbey, outside Belfast, was accused of recording information about alleged Provisional IRA members.
