A man in his 50s has been arrested following the discovery of cocaine worth €250,000 yesterday.
He was arrested after gardaí stopped and searched a vehicle in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, at 4.30pm.
Gardaí seized the cocaine and a quantity of amphetamines.
The man is being held in Clonmel Garda station under the Drug Trafficking Act.
