Nairobi - A Kenyan who nearly brought down a Jumbo jet passenger plane after storming the flight deck, apparently suffering from a delusion that Arab assassins were chasing him, is free to return to France where he was studying, the French embassy in Nairobi said. Mr Paul Kefa Mukonyi entered the cockpit of the British Airways Boeing 747 carrying nearly 400 people and tried to seize the controls on December 29th.
