The splendid cookery classes run by Con McLaughlin and Karen Austin in Timoleague's Lettercollum House have already started, in conjunction with their weekend breaks. Next Saturday, April 24th, tackles the subject of Italian cooking, while on May 8th we zoom over for Indian cooking and on May 22nd the thorny topic of fish cookery is explained. The weekend breaks cost £80 for two nights B&B, one dinner and the cookery class - all of which is thunderous value for money, especially when you consider that Lettercollum is one of the best places to eat in west Cork.
